Delivery Policy for Shopify Website Design Services

1. Service Delivery Timeline: Once your order for Shopify website design services has been confirmed and payment has been processed, the following timelines apply:

  • Initial Consultation and Project Scope: 1-2 business days (for gathering requirements and defining the project). You will be given a Google Form link where you can specify your theme preferences, including colors, fonts, and overall style. Additionally, we’ll provide a Dropbox link where you can upload any product photos you'd like us to include.

  • Design and Development Phase: Depending on the complexity of the project, your Shopify store design will be delivered within 4-6 weeks excluding weekends and holidays unless “Rush My Order” is purchased.

2. Delivery Method: The design files, updates, and any documentation (such as user guides) will be delivered via email, a shared cloud storage platform (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox), or directly through your Shopify admin dashboard if applicable. You will have access to all necessary materials, including:

  • The complete design files (mockups, branding assets).

  • Detailed instructions for managing your store.

  • Access credentials for Shopify (if applicable).

3. Ongoing Support: After the website is launched, ongoing support and minor updates will be available for up to 30 days to ensure smooth operation. This service is included in the initial project cost.

4. Delays in Delivery: We strive to meet all deadlines; however, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly and provide a revised timeline. If delays arise due to client-side factors, such as delayed feedback or missing content, the delivery timeline may be extended.

5. Client Responsibilities for Delivery: To ensure the timely delivery of your Shopify store design, clients are expected to:

  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, branding materials) as soon as possible.

  • Respond to design proofs and feedback requests in a timely manner.

  • Maintain communication throughout the design and development process.

6. Launch and Handover: Once your Shopify website is fully designed and ready for launch:

  • We will set up your store on your Shopify account.

  • We will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is functioning as expected.

  • Full ownership of the website will be transferred to you once the project is completed.

7. Urgent or Expedited Delivery: If you need the project delivered faster than the standard timelines, we offer expedited services at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information regarding rush services.
